Get Your Body Ready For The UK's 90 Degree Summer

(PRWEB) May 7, 2010

CosmeticSurgeryGuru.com discusses the surprising weather set to hit Brits this summer, will you get your skin ready in time.

While Brits might be famous for complaining about the gloomy weather, rain and fog, 2010 is a much different story. Even those who complain at the first sign of a grey cloud are finding it tough to come up with something to be unhappy about. In fact, if recent studies are correct, summer temperatures throughout Britain will frequently exceed those in Rome, Athens and Malta this year.

April has turned out to be a month filled with warm temperatures despite a cool and miserable start the first few months. According to Positive Weather Solutions, which has demonstrated far better accuracy than the Met Office - June, July and August will beat those experienced in 1979, the hottest summer on record. From late June of that year to early July, temperatures climbed above 39.6F (32C) for 15 consecutive days.

Previously, the hottest temperature recorded in the UK was 101.3F (38.5C) at Brogdale, near Faversham, on August 10, 2003. The first two weeks of August, however, are estimated to be much higher than the Brogdale record.

Higher temperatures aren't the only things showing up this year. The sunny days and warm weather have also brought out a large number of Britons eager to catch some sun at the beach. Surrey possibly had the highest temperatures on the weekend with a recorded high of 69.4F. London experienced temperatures of 68F and Brighton Beach got up to 66F. This gave sunbathers their choice of location to relax and tan in the sunshine.

Unfortunately, many of the men and women heading to the beach for some tanning time aren't as prepared as they should be. As a swimsuit body can take time and dedication, many people have run out of time to achieve the results that will allow them to enjoy the warmer weather.

In addition, CosmeticSurgeryGuru.com experienced a large number of men and women who have stuck with their diet and exercise plans, but were unable to achieve their desired body image. While healthy living and exercise is still the best option, non-surgical cosmetic treatments such as laser hair removal can also help achieve the body and skin you desire.

According to the BBC, 36% of women are already considering surgery to tweak their bodies and give their self-image a boost. Non-surgical treatments can also help reduce cellulite while tightening the skin and improving the physical appearance of troublesome body parts.
